For the past two years I've participated in Walk Now for Autism, a walk to raise money for Autism Speaks. It's an awesome organization and the walks are a really fun event for a good cause. I'm walking again this year and I decided I wanted to try to raise more money than I have an any previous year... (Unfortunately, beating the past amount won't be too difficult, unlike getting donations.)
So this year, I've devised a plan... it gets some of my photography work to you guys for a pretty cheap price and gets money to Autism Speaks! Here's what we're doing:
I have seven framed photographs that I used in a recent art show. If you use my PayPal link and send $5, you get one raffle ticket, which I'll send to you. Half of the proceeds will go into the total amount that I will then donate to my team for the walk. The other half will go to cover the costs of the frames and any PayPal fees. Once that cost is covered, all of the raffle earnings will be donated! Each photo must have 10 tickets before they can be won! So if one doesn't make it by May 18th, those raffles will be transferred to a different print!
On May 18th, I'll draw one ticket from each set and we'll have our winners! The winner of each raffle gets the framed print as-is (some of the frames have a little wear and tear and such) that they chose when they entered the raffle. Winners will need to arrange a time/place to pick up the frame or pay for the packaging/shipping to get it to them.
So how do you do this? It's easy!
Choose your print from the drop down box, then click Add to Cart.
Follow through the steps with PayPal to send the amount for your ticket(s).
Wait and get your raffle ticket from me via e-mail within a few days. (Make sure I have the e-mail you check! You can e-mail me if you don't think your PayPal info will give it to me: k[dot]ungerecht[at]gmail[dot]com)
Wait for the winners announcement on May 18th!
